Join us at the Engineering Mechanics Institute 2025 Conference (EMI 2025) - the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) premiere annual mechanics conference, hosted by the University of California, Irvine at the Marriott Anaheim with organization led by Professors MJ Qomi and Ramin Bostanabad.

Registration Information
All registrations include the technical program with coffee and refreshments, lunch, and a welcome reception. Non-student registrations also include the banquet on Thursday. Student registrations do not include the banquet, but students have the option of purchasing a banquet ticket separately. If you are a presenting author, one abstract is included in your registration fee (except for the Education Workshop). Accompanying Person Registration only includes the welcome reception on Tuesday evening and the banquet on Thursday.

- Non-Member (All non-student attendees): Early $950 | Regular $1050 | Late: $1200
- Student (ID required at conference): Early $500 | Regular $575 | Late $650
- Student Banquet Ticket: $100
- Accompanying Person Ticket (includes welcome reception and banquet only): $175
Note 1: Speakers must register by April 23, 2025 to avoid abstract removal from the program.
Note 2: Non-Members can opt in to receive EMI-Only membership through Dec. 31, 2026 upon registration. If you choose to opt in, you will receive information from EMI after the conference.
Note 3: Authors must provide their abstract number during registration. This number can be found in the submission system and was also included in the acceptance email send to the authors.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing or via email. Cancellation requests received prior to 21 days in advance receive a full refund, less $100 processing fee. The cancellation deadline is May 13, 2025. All refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed within 30 days post-conference.
